All these bounce houses are a 15′x15′, not those tiny 13′x13′ units that the competition tries to hide from you for the same price. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

As the Tampa region is growing, Xtreme Jumpers has had the pleasure to grow with this beautiful city. When starting out we were just offering our bounce house rentals in the Tampa area only. But as real estate gets smaller, the suburbs of Tampa are really becoming the go to areas for family living. With families moving to the suburbs, Xtreme Jumpers is excited to offer our bounce house rental services to these great areas as well. We are grateful to service areas like New Tampa with our Bounce house rentals.

This supports the reasoning that water slide rental companies must have an extensive inventory. Most clients renting a water slide in the City of Tampa or Tampa Bay will require a smaller slide due to yard size restrictions. Meanwhile, clients in New Tampa and Lutz can enjoy medium size slides as the homes tend to have slightly larger yards.

Nancy Drew: Danger By Design Hints from UHS Not your ordinary walkthrough.

Be sure to ask him about Hugo Butterly and he will give you that man's phone number. When you finish your conversation with Jean Mi, the game will bring you back to the map automatically. Ling, the lady with whom you are supposed to be staying during this trip. This is actually a very tricky puzzle.

Books

Nancy will fly to Paris to start her new job working for Minette in her design studio. Upon arrival, however, you’ll hear someone screaming (it says the screams are in anger, although they sound more like someone giving birth). The person will throw a flower pot out through the door and a woman will emerge from the other room soon afterwards. If you have taken the six pictures shown earlier in this walkthrough, you will find Dieter back at his desk.

Malika (the veiled lady on your left as you enter the park):

Step out of the close up and return to Dieter's studio. He is still in the dark room and will not talk to you any further. Click on the red magnifying glass to close up further and a dialog will follow. Click on the red magnifying glass again to get a close up of the top of the work table. Read the instructions sheet on your left.

You can use this widget-maker to generate a bit of HTML that can be embedded in your website to easily allow customers to purchase this game on Steam. Put down the glass cover of the stand and the trap bars are triggered. Go forward, right to the plank, cross the plank and forward until daylight. Hazelnut box lock Climb the ladder and forward to the hazelnut marked door. Open it to see the words written there. Windmill - Turn the handle on the right to get the purple petal to be on top.

Look at the plate on the cross and Nancy will comment that the numbers are moveable. Push in 4154 to uncover several pictures, all of which can be found here in the park. Once you’re successful with the designs, Nancy comments that they’ll be shipped out. Talk to Heather and ask about her aspirations of becoming a fashion designer.

Book Basis

Then type the following on your keyboard, pressing "Enter" after each entry. Well, that is all I can think of in terms of a general guide to the game. Following is a more detailed step-by-step walkthrough.

The Secret Chamber

Now it’s up to you, as Nancy Drew, to work undercover in Paris and unravel this international mystery. Before leaving the underground passage, read the Ichi-Do book and keep in mind the different chi-crys that will tell you which move is about to be used. When you’re satisfied, leave the passage and go over to the dress platform and swipe the dress. Head back to the pinwheel and place the stake in the ground to the left of it. Attach the string and pie tin to it and the noise that it creates will repel the squirrel.

PONT NEUF (the flea market)

The order in which the clocks need to be changed are clock 8, 1, 4, 7, 9, and 6. If you’re successful, a hidden passage is uncovered. Turn around, step forward and go down the second ladder. Turn around and go through the passage.

Click on the card to turn it over to the side with all the eyes on it. Approach the skull and click on its top to remove it. An opening will appear on your right. Go through that opening to arrive in a dark chamber.

Read the different mails and Nancy will note that the purple one is different than the others. Add the ingredients as stated by the recipe. Use an additional 1/2 c of white sugar and 1 tsp of molasses in place of 1/2 c of brown sugar. If correctly done, see the developed picture and it will be automatically hung to dry above the table. Stop the process for no more that 5 seconds. Click the 'start' panel of the plotter right of the desk.

Go to the blue door and try to exit. See a mail inserted under the door. It is one of several threatening mails Minette has received. Tea preparation - Minette wants you to brew her special tea.

Nancy will translate the French words, but the clue actually lies in the French words themselves. The code used in this puzzle is just such a code. As you finish the last order, Nancy will comment and we will be back with Jean Mi. He will show us the uncropped picture which shows the stone disks (or "dials") before the paint had been splashed on them. Note the little arrows in these "dials" pointing at Roman numbers IX, V, and III.

After you’ve caught all the cockroaches, walk over to the door and attempt to open it. Minette will slam it shut and won’t let Nancy out until after she’s left. After they’re done talking, leave the office and use the phone to call Lynn, but you’ll have to dial the phone card before dialing Lynn’s number. As you walk over to Marchand, you’ll find Dieter sitting on a bench nearby.

Click on it to hear Nancy's comment. This game begins a little differently than the thirteen Nancy Drew games before it. We still don't get to see Nancy, but we do get a glimpse of her room. The opening leaves us facing her desk. Feel free to refer to the "Dossier" (the brown book standing in the upper-left portion of the desk), which lists all the Nancy Drew games before this one. Click on any case you like to see its synopsis.

Cancer, your emotions can run a little hot sometimes, and this graphic flame tattoo is the perfect reminder to everyone you interact with that you are not to be messed with. You’ll want to use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser afterwards and follow up with a fragrance-free lotion to help the healing process. If you’re leaning towards something innovative, this kind of design is the best-suited one. You might think if it’s really a Cancerian symbol or a normal flower tattoo? Although the floral pattern gives this Cancerian constellation a girly look, it looks equally crafty on boys too. Cancers are artistic and highly sensitive to musical notes.

The right brain cancer memorial tattoo raises awareness and brings hope in a time of loss. The bird is flying in the sky with a pink ribbon symbolic of breast cancer. Perhaps, the bird conveys the message of freedom from the clutches of the deadly disease.

Best Harley Quinn Tattoo Designs with Ideas and Meanings

This is one of life’s biggest obstacles, and you’re living proof that you’re stronger than you think. Though others aren’t as lucky, honor your experience with a memorial tattoo to your own strength. We don’t see a lot of realism work in zodiac tattoos.

You can ink this tattoo art anywhere on your body or even as a scar cover-up. “This is a tattoo of a green ribbon (gastroparesis), white ribbon (invisible illness and lung cancer), and a blue ribbon (chronic illness). I have gastroparesis as well as a few other chronic/invisible illnesses. Underneath the ribbons, it says, ‘Courage, Hope, Strength.’ It is to remind me that I’m a fighter and I will not let my illnesses win. Also, my mom fought her battle with more courage and strength than I knew one person could have; no matter what she stayed positive and never gave up hope.” — Jennifer C.

If you’re struggling to find more visuals, check out tattoos done at Mantle. When you think of realism tattoos, the first images that may cross your mind are probably precise portraits or remarkably vivid renditions of animals. However, the possibilities for realism tattoos extend far beyond these categories. Creating a realism tattoo is like working on a fine arts masterpiece, just on a different type of canvas – skin. These tattoos require an understanding of light and shadow, color theory, and anatomy.

Beautiful insects, dragonflies are a symbol for change and self-realization. A subtle and meaningful tattoo, a dragonfly, can be a great way to show support for pancreatic cancer. Whether you have cancer, lost a loved one to cancer, or you’re anxious about the future, you’re always a fighter. This is a status you bring with you through all of life’s ups and downs. Thunder and lightning might be scary, but it’s only temporary.

While breast cancer awareness month may be focused on pink ribbons and marketing symbolism, you will have this tattoo on your body for years. So it should be meaningful to you, which can be any design you feel drawn to. See some of the memorial tattoo ideas below and see if anything interests you.

There’s the added complexity of balancing color theory with lighting and shadows, creating a striking balance that brings vibrancy into the mix. Colorful realistic tattoo designs don’t just mimic the subject – they breathe life into it. To make a realistic tattoo come to life, the artist needs to establish layers within the image. They will apply gradients of color and tone, from the darkest shades to the lightest, to create a sense of distance and depth. This ability to play with depth makes a flat image appear multidimensional and imbues your tattoo with a palpable sense of realism. Not to mention, takes into account the contours of the human body it’s being inked onto.

The Carriage House, Houston

Most carriage houses were built with high ceilings and a center doorway tall and wide enough to allow the carriages in and out of the structure. When automobiles replaced horses in the 1900s, landowners decided to convert carriage houses into garages with upstairs living space for drivers and room for two to three cars on the ground floor. Some structures on massive country estates housed multiple cars and staff.

The Carriage House, Houston offers in-house catering and beverage packages for a simple and streamlined planning experience. While no outside food or alcohol is permitted, we do offer several customizable packages to choose from. In huge, sprawling properties, carriage houses were often elaborate and usually mimicked the main residences architectural style. In New England, for example, most of the carriage houses had low-pitched roofs and clapboard siding like the main house. Victorian style homes featured carriage houses with bay windows, stained glass, and even some of the intricate scrollwork on the eaves. The term “carriage house” in the 21st century has taken on more than the traditional and established concept of an outbuilding home to coaches and their accessories.

Choose Your Ballroom

While the days of the horse and buggy are long gone, carriage houses – with their charm, style, and historic significance – will remain intriguing and fascinating symbols of a genteel era and society. Architectural buffs curious about original carriage houses and their historic backgrounds can find them in small and large cities across the country – converted into apartments or modern homes. Building an carriage house on your property can increase the appraisal value by 25% to 34%, according to a study of 14 properties with accessory dwelling units in Portland, OR. This will enable you to list the home for a higher price when you’re ready to sell.

The Grand Savannah

There are original carriage houses still scattered around the country – reimagined in different styles, shapes, and forms. And even as they are refurbished, revamped, and adapted to modern living, their charm, history, and heritage have been thoughtfully preserved by building planners, designers, and architects. On the flip side, smaller city homes had carriage houses with simple structures with room for just one carriage. Many living spaces in carriage houses contain complete accommodations—kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and bedrooms. This prevents the inhabitant from needing to run into the main house to use the shower, toilet or to prepare a meal. A carriage house (also known as a coach house) is a two-story outbuilding that once stored horse-drawn carriages.

the carriage house

Carriage houses originated in 18th-century England. But they also have a storied history in America. In fact, the U.S. vice president and attorney general of New York, Aaron Burr, had a carriage house on his city estate where he housed his coach and horses in 1790.

The cost of a carriage house averages $216,400 with the lowest costing about $20,000 and the highest around $800,000 for a fully custom home. The price you’ll pay will vary depending on your location, home size, the house plan, customization, material and labor costs and permit fees.

The original carriage houses, which were very popular in the Northeast, bring to mind romantic images of a genteel society when families – dressed up in their finery – traveled in elegant horse-drawn carriages. Often tucked away behind large estates and manor homes, carriage houses were designed for more utilitarian purposes. Carriage house designs were drawn and built to provide a shelter for the coaches, maintenance equipment, and livery accessories. Let’s look at how carriage houses are being transformed and reinvented today.

Carriage houses offer the historical charm of the past and the contemporary conveniences of today. Generally, they come with the following features and characteristics. There is no shortage of opportunity for a beautiful ceremony at The Carriage House. At the top of the double-curved staircase, along the second-floor balcony of the Grand Lobby, are two lavish and well-appointed Bridal Suites. With sumptuous loveseats and overstuffed chairs, each partner and their wedding party can relax and even spill out onto the second-floor wraparound porch for a breath of fresh air.

Whether it’s an apartment above the garage, a she-shed, or a backyard cottage designed to look like a carriage house, these contemporary adaptations offer the property owners more than just nostalgia for a bygone era. In the strict sense, carriage houses refer to the original carriage houses restored and transformed into guest quarters, apartments, in-law suites, garages, art studios, workshops, retail shops, bars, restaurants, or storage buildings. Quite often, carriage houses that are part of historic mansions are converted into offices, gallery space, tea rooms, and museums.

This space can also be decorated with items a couple brings in. Always have a Plan B in the event of inclement weather. In Montana, Wyoming, and Arizona, a few rustic carriage houses still exist in some former mining towns and stagecoach lines.

The Carriage House is home to three elegant ballrooms – The Savannah Grand Ballroom, The Magnolia and the Azalea. Each boasts its own charming sense of Southern style and regal romance. Think of the carriage house as the detached garage in 19th century America – or a cart shed as the British call it.

Carriage houses originated in 18th-century England. But they also have a storied history in America. In fact, the U.S. vice president and attorney general of New York, Aaron Burr, had a carriage house on his city estate where he housed his coach and horses in 1790.

Before you hire a builder, or mix and pour the slab, know the pros and cons of carriage houses. You assume planning a wedding from out of state would be stressful but Megan and Kristin and the team at The Carriage House made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Being in the industry and working for a company that owns five venues, I had very high standards.

Today, many owners use carriage houses as accessory dwelling units (ADUs) for home offices, guesthouses and rental apartments. Builders have restored, repurposed and customized many carriage houses according to homeowner preferences, adding more windows for natural light in addition to contemporary features and finishes. Even smaller carriage houses can feel spacious inside due to their open floor plans. With an open-concept kitchen and living room, owners or renters can prepare food in the kitchen while, at the same time, entertaining guests or keeping an eye on little ones.

The structure featured a tall doorway so the coach could easily maneuver the horse and carriage in and out of the building. Some carriage houses included stables where horses were fed and groomed and an upstairs loft where the coachman lived. As industrialization took over and cars replaced horse-drawn carriages, the carriage houses original purpose as a shelter for coaches and storage for hay and livery equipment became obsolete. But even if you can’t find – or don’t want – an original carriage house, you can have your own “carriage house plan” by building a garage with an apartment over it if you have enough space on your lot. You can still find carriage houses all over the U.S. today, with many remaining in the Northeast. Whether you’re considering buying a piece of architectural history, or a modern update on the style, keep reading for everything you need to know about carriage houses.

We love this "acceptance" ink, but choose a word or phrase that really means something to you. Once you’re happy with the design and the location, the next step is to find a good tattoo artist. Visit a few artists and see what they have to say about your design. They could offer some useful insight into both the design and placement.

Choosing the right line weight in a design is also a major part of making sure a design is readable, even years later.

And because they tend to stay out of the sun, you can get away with tattooing smaller and more intricate designs that would normally get ruined by too much sun exposure. Still on your first sheet of tracing paper, start building your design (still in pencil). At this point, you can decide which elements you want to include - or erase ones you don’t. Finding good reference photos will help you start brainstorming as you put your ideas together. They’ll also give you something to start with when you actually start drawing.

A cherry tattoo has a slew of meanings, but when mixed with a fun and intimate placement like this one, it tends to have a more fun and surface-level meaning. The colors make it feel whimsical, but the lack of black outline also gives it a sense of realism. If you like the idea of a beautiful repeating pattern, consider getting a geometric hand tattoo. Geometric doesn’t have to mean crisp, straight lines; this vortex design also uses curves for a creative, realistic effect. For fans of wave tattoos that want something a bit more minimal, this design is a great idea. Both featured waves are different shapes to add an interesting element, and the small dots vary the design so it’s not just one line.

Designs Need to Fit and Flow with the Body

In addition to these 7 tattoo styles, there are many more to explore – like portraiture, Classic Americana, Japanese styles, and others. Once you know your options when it comes to the core style of your tattoo you are nearly there. Let’s look at some best practices and tips to help simplify your job. Tribal tattoos are some of the most interesting styles in tattoo design. To learn how to design a tattoo in tribal style, you should also spend some time understanding the many tribal styles and techniques behind them.

On a new sheet of tracing paper, trace the pencil sketch using a dark marker to tighten up your drawing and make clear outlines. Here’s an example of why you don’t want to trace tattoos that are already on other people. Create a picture-perfect scene with overlapping hearts and a butterfly. If you have it there and it soon loses your attention, or you get sick of the sight of it, then you need to reconsider the design. It may seem like doing this is keeping you waiting, but as it will be on your body forever, it’s an important step. You could even consider going for a completely white tattoo, or even use glow-in-the-dark ink.

There are detailed patterns and interesting shapes used but these do not use realistic elements and highly intricate designs. One of the noticeable traits of this style is the use of dark black outlines and black-filled shapes balanced by negative spaces that help create depth in the design. In an ideal situation, puppies would learn to hold it indoors and only eliminate at specific spots outdoors. Puppy pads give a dog the option of relieving themselves in an approved spot at home. There are also indoor dog bathrooms that even work for male dogs.

The more often your puppy is allowed to successfully eliminate outside, the more quickly they will become potty trained. Each time your puppy eliminates outside, immediately reward them with verbal praise, treats, or a favorite toy. The reward should immediately follow the event so that your puppy makes a positive association with eliminating outside. And what if you have adopted an adult dog that is not potty trained?

Following a Consistent Routine

For those interested in volunteering, she will be holding a Puppy Talk open house on Thursday, May 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. There are many other times that a young puppy will need to go potty, besides the first thing in the morning and after each meal. These instances include periods after naps and playtime.

Deal with 'accidents' the right way

In general, when they're not in their crate, you can expect to take puppies out every 2 hours or so during the day. If you work outside the house and can't get home to let them out, see if you can bring your dog to work with you, ask a neighbor to let them out, or hire a dog walker. When you're home to supervise them, leave the door open so they can go in and out freely.

Puppy house training tips

It's common for puppies to have accidents in the house occasionally, but training regression happens when a pup you thought was house trained starts having accidents inside again. If you have been house training consistently for a couple of months and your dog is still having trouble, they may have a physical problem that needs to be looked at. If the vet says your dog is healthy, your next step may be to see a trainer or dog behaviorist who has experience with house training. Aside from this, the process of house training an older dog is generally the same as it is for a puppy. Here are a few reminders that may make house training your older dog easier.

Right now there are over 200 people on the waiting list for the southwest region alone. If someone is picked as a match, they must attend a two-week team training class to learn how to manage the dog. When volunteers first get the puppy, they can only take it to friends’ houses; it can’t go out in public until it’s fully vaccinated, which is usually at about 16 weeks. Then you can start taking the dog out to parks to let them interact with other people and make sure they’re not afraid.

If you see any of these signs, take your puppy out to potty immediately. Crate training is a very effective tool to help not only with potty training your puppy, but also with creating a safe place for your puppy to call home. Dogs are naturally den animals, so their instincts will tell them to find a quiet place to eat and rest.

If you are training a puppy to eliminate on paper or in a litter box, the space the puppy is contained in will need to be large enough for a sleeping area away from an elimination spot. (Dogs don’t like to eliminate where they sleep.) But keep in mind that a puppy who’s trained to eliminate on paper or a litter box might have a lifelong surface preference. That is, even as an adult, the dog might eliminate on paper if it is lying around the house.

Step 2: Pick a bathroom spot

This will help them understand that they are doing the right thing and will encourage them to continue. If your vet says your puppy is okay, but they seem to have forgotten their house training, put them back on their regular schedule and supervise them while they're inside. Build your dog's confidence by playing with them and giving them a chance to work off stress and anxiety.

Choosing a puppy food that digests well and avoiding feeding within two hours of bedtime will help. In fact, with attention to details and careful consistency, most puppies will be reliably house trained in seven to 14 days. Every puppy is different, and some understand potty training faster than others.

Meanwhile, the Senate has yet to vote on the Railroad Safety Act, which would provide new regulations in an attempt to prevent future train accidents. She's not blaming herself, because the dog was "untrainable." She's blaming the dog. That's what tens of thousands of years of interaction and conditioning by humans have bred into dogs.

House-training a dog can take time, so it is important to be patient and consistent. Instead, calmly take them outside and show them the right spot. When you see any of these signs, take them out to their potty spot right away. Then, praise and reward them immediately after they use the correct spot. Experts recommend keeping your puppy in a defined space, whether that means in a crate, in a room, or on a leash close to you. As your puppy learns that they need to go outside to do their business, you can slowly give them more freedom to roam about your house.

How do I stop my dog from marking his territory in the house?

If your pup doesn’t go when you’re outside, you may have to take them inside and come back out again in a few minutes. Even they do go, they may need to head back out very soon, so stay vigilant. Make sure that whenever your puppy is sleeping, you take them outside the moment they wake up.

Puppy house training tips

how to house train a dog

New puppies, especially those under 12 weeks of age, should be taken outside every one to two hours. This high frequency is because puppies 12 weeks and younger are still developing their bladder control and are more likely to have accidents in the house. It’s also a good habit to take your puppy out after sleeping, playing, eating, or drinking. Puppies cannot hold their bladders and bowels for more than a few hours. Even the most intelligent and well-intentioned puppy has to wait until their muscles develop before they can exercise appropriate bladder and bowel control. So if you must be away for more than two or three hours and you are potty training a puppy, you will need someone to help by walking the puppy for you.

Accidents happen

Dogs who feel comfortable and safe in their crate may even go inside when they need some quiet time. Respect their space and teach kids and guests to leave them alone when they're in their crates. It should be large enough for your puppy or dog to stand, turn around, and lie down in but not big enough for them to use a corner for a potty. If your dog is still growing, you may need to get them a larger-sized crate as they get older. Look for an adjustable crate or talk to your local animal shelter.

She is currently raising dog number nine, a 14-month-old named Hank, and her husband, John Drury, and Lauren Payne are raising number ten, a nine-month-old named Donovan. Volunteers are only allowed to raise one dog at a time. As you establish the routine of taking your puppy out after sleeping, eating, and playing, you also must focus on what to do once you are outside. Continue taking your dog outside and reward them with lots of praise when they go and eventually they'll ask to go outside to toilet.

By taking Cricket on a pheasant hunt with older dogs, Noem says, she hoped to calm the young dog down and begin to teach her how to behave. Unfortunately, Cricket ruined the hunt, going “out of her mind with excitement, chasing all those birds and having the time of her life”. One of the causes of territorial marking is hormones, and the other is social communication. Since many newly adopted dogs are already housebroken, this may just be a one-time incident — but it could be a recurring problem. During their stay with the puppy trainer, the volunteer will provide monthly reports to Canine Companions about what’s happening with the dog, how they’re behaving and any problems.

Using Puppy Pads and Paper Training

That is, you’ll have to establish where it’s appropriate for your dog to pee and poop. House-training a dog can take days to weeks and will go more smoothly if you establish a predictable routine for them. This fundamental skill not only keeps your floors clean, but also fosters communication between you and your canine companion. All training is done by positive reinforcement; when the dog does something right it’s rewarded with a Kibble treat. The only negative word that’s used is don’t and that is only used for something very serious, for example, the dog is about to run out in the street or jump on someone.

“You go through the whole process of training the dog to be calm and confident because you have to take them everywhere. Canine Companions believes that disability touches all races, classes and backgrounds and they are committed to providing services to all qualified clients. The schedule teaches them that there are times to eat, times to play and times to do their business. Typically, a puppy can control their bladder one hour for every month of age. So if your puppy is 2 months old, they can hold it for about two hours. Don't go longer than this between bathroom breaks or they’re likely to have an accident.

Constant supervision is another important part of successful potty training a puppy. Learning the clues or signals that indicate your puppy needs to eliminate will prevent unnecessary accidents in the house. Most dogs will sniff, make circles, wander off, whine, or sit by the door to indicate they need to go to the bathroom. When house-training your dog, it is important to watch for signs of success. These signs may include your dog going to the designated area to eliminate, or your dog coming to you when they need to go outside.

The Quays, a multivenue dining piazza, is located on deck eight with fine culinary treats such as Roast Carvery, which reinvents the classic Sunday roast with a range of meats. Deck six also houses the Green & Co’s, which offers fish and plant-based dishes and sushi. While Arvia lacks the brash water parks and daredevil slides of the biggest cruise ships at sea, there are some modern attractions that will suit younger guests. From a rope climbing course at the very top of the ship to an escape room, casino, and even a three-screen cinema, Arvia is packed with things to do no matter what type of cruise you enjoy. Also included for suite guests is breakfast in the specialty Epicurean restaurant. A first for P&O Cruises, Arvia will feature Mission Control, the first escape room for a new-build British ship, with the experience combining an escape game with multimedia simulation and a live-action story. The interactive experience will involve passengers solving a series of marine-themed puzzles on the fictional submarine Arvia II. There are many dining options on Arvia, of which several are included for all guests. In addition to the two main dining rooms and buffet restaurant, there is a food hall inspired concept named The Quays and a grab-and-go poolside fast food outlet in the SkyDome. During the day, SkyDome serves resort-style leisure activities and offers entertainment and casual dining.

"The Club House" (Deck 8) is a multi-purpose indoor/outdoor space for families to enjoy afternoon entertainment and play fun games. In the evening, it becomes a late-night "music hall" for dancing and live performances by Arvia ship's band (named "Pulse"). (Deck 6) "The 710 Club" has a stylish cocktail bar lounge served by professional mixologists.

If you’re looking for entertainment on board P&O Arvia, you won’t be disappointed. The ship offers a wide variety of shows and activities to keep you entertained throughout your cruise. As you would expect from a modern cruise ship, It is equipped with all the latest technology, including high-speed Wi-Fi, interactive displays, and state-of-the-art entertainment systems.

The night entertainment includes on-roof media projections, laser shows, aerial acrobatics performances, DJ disco parties, theatrical productions, movies (on a large LED screen). For extra space there's also a Deluxe Balcony cabin costing less than a mini-suite but with nearly as much floor space. If privacy is important to you then Balcony cabins to avoid (including those which are suites) are on Deck 8. That’s because these balconies are all on the same level as the wraparound promenade. Walkers and runners lapping the Promenade Deck (of which there are many) pass these balconies every time they circuit the ship. They can also see INTO the cabin which means that you need to close curtains every time you require privacy.

As the second in P&O Cruises Excel Class, Arvia cruise ship is structurally identical to sister ship Iona. The 3-deck high Grand Atrium is located midship and has an open-floor design. With a choice of 30 venues, Arvia has many food and beverage bars open from early-morning until late-night. Arvia has more than 30 bars and restaurants, but whereas sister ship Iona has four main dining rooms, Arvia only has two. One is the included 6th Street Diner -- a hugely popular all-American diner with a gourmet Southern twist.

There are many other bars throughout the ship including several in the atrium and three in and around the SkyDome. Arvia bars all offer P&O’s own brand gin and rum, made in the onboard distillery. The best place to try this is in the gin bar Anderson’s, ideally placed for a pre- or post-dinner tipple. The 6th Street Diner is one of the most popular alternate dining venues on Arvia. At the other end of the ship, the Club House is a show lounge used for everything from bingo and guest speakers through to live music from the house band in the evenings.

It has 31 percent more Inside cabins available, which is more than on any other of P&O Cruises' ships (this is great for budget-conscious cruisers) as well as 28 single cabins for which there is a single person supplement. Cabins across the board are stylish and contemporary with striking artwork. Arvia's stunning, three-storey Grand Atrium will feature vast ocean views, becoming the heart of the ship’s entertainment offering. Look out for spectacular aerial performers descending through the triple-height space and a striking installation of metal champagne-coloured ribbons, framing the staircase. Passengers will get a full programme of entertainment, including 'local buskers', pop-up talks, magicians and performers. A staple of mega-cruise ships, a new mini-golf course will grace the top deck of Arvia, directly below Altitude Skywalk on Deck 19.

On March 6, 2020, were announced three aerial acrobatic shows designed for MS Iona (available on MS Arvia too) - Rise (birds-themed), Dream (magic-themed) and Triboo (battle between the Moon and Sun tribes). Rise and Triboo are performed at the SkyDome, while Dream is at the Atrium. Two new for P&O UK aerial shows (Virtuosi, Spark) were developed for MS Iona and available on Arvia too. As soon as you step on board, you’ll be greeted by the stunning Arvia Grand Atrium. This impressive bright-colored space is flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows on either side of the atrium.
